# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The triple decker structure means every bite contains all the flavors at once instead of eating through layers separately
  • Something magical happens when warm toast meets cool mayo and fresh vegetables
  • It transforms boring leftover turkey into something that feels like a treat from a proper deli
02 -
  • The cocktail sticks are not optional for proper construction, they keep the towering structure from sliding apart when you cut
  • Patting tomato slices dry with paper towels before layering prevents the dreaded soggy bottom syndrome
  • Let the sandwiches rest for about two minutes after cutting so the flavors settle and the toast firms up slightly
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife in a gentle sawing motion to cut through all layers without squashing them
  • Warm your turkey slices slightly in the microwave before building for a hot cold contrast that is surprisingly wonderful
